History
Marina di Ginosa is the seaside district of Ginosa, at the western end of the Tarantine Ionian arc, on the border with Basilicata and close to the bay of Metaponto. It is known for its wide sweep of fine golden sand and its crystal-clear, shallow sea.
The resort sits within the Stornara State Nature Reserve, named after the many starlings that migrate here in winter, crossed by the river Bradano and marked by a lush Aleppo pine wood.

The beach offers kilometres of shoreline with waters that shelve gently, making it an ideal destination for families with children. The long coast alternates free beaches and equipped establishments.
